• PAN India Delivery: Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days across India, depending on your location.

• 100% Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across PAN India. There are no hidden fees or delivery charges at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

• As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email or SMS so you can easily monitor your delivery status in real-time.

4. Delayed Deliveries & Force Majeure

• While we partner with top-tier logistics providers to ensure efficient delivery, UrbanCravin is not held responsible for unexpected delays caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, or sudden courier partner operational issues.

5. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
